Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us through the form, we collect your name, school name, designation, city, email address and phone number, and optionally the number of students, the solution you’re interested in and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when pages are requested (such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request) to keep the website secure and working.

Browser storage. The website stores a single item in your browser’s session storage so the animated introduction plays only once per visit. It is deleted when you close the tab. We do not use advertising cookies.

No tracking. We do not currently use analytics or tracking tools.

We use the information you share only to:

• respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo or consultation;
• send you information you asked for, such as program details or a brochure;
• prepare a proposal or agreement if your school decides to work with us;
• keep the website secure and fix problems.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

By submitting the contact form you consent to us using your information as described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing gautam.shukla@univerziaai.in; we will then stop using your information and delete it, unless we are required by law to keep it.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and reply to you:

• our website hosting provider;
• our email provider, which delivers form submissions and our replies;
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.

These providers may only use the information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and, if your school works with us, for the duration of that relationship and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

This website is intended for school leaders, teachers and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. Where we deliver programs in schools, any student information is handled under our agreement with the school and only as the school instructs.

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to enquiry information to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• delete it;
• stop using it, by withdrawing your consent.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
